Facilities of Qeshm Madkandaloo Shipbuilding Company
Manufacturing Halls
The production of Qeshm Madkandaloo shipbuilding Company includes two sections: the production of composite products and the production of aluminum products.
For the production of each section of the products, appropriate workshops with complete equipment including overhead cranes, workbenches, etc. have been planned.
The production area for composite products consists of four covered workshops:
Composite assembly workshop: dimensions of 60 meters by 120 meters
Composite production workshop: dimensions of 50 meters by 50 meters
Composite production workshop: dimensions of 12 meters by 20 meters
Composite production workshop: dimensions of 15 meters by 42 meters
The production area for aluminum products consists of three covered workshops and two uncovered area:
Aluminum production workshop: dimensions of 37 meters by 75 meters
Aluminum production workshop: dimensions of 31 meters by 85 meters
CNC workshop for aluminum cutting: dimensions of 20 meters by 50 meters
Uncovered production area for aluminum products:
Uncovered production area : dimensions of 31 meters by 100 meters
Uncovered production area : dimensions of 37 meters by 90 meters

Repair area
The 400-ton travel lift, with a width of 11 meters, has been used for lifting vessels in and out of the water in the repair area since 2020. During this period, the number of 700 vessels including fishing boats, commercial vessels, and passenger vessels .have been lifted in and out of the water using the travel lift
Breakwater and Pontoon
A breakwater, 570 meters long, was constructed in 2020 to create a Stilling basin with an area of 5,000 square meters
Permanent exhibition of products
A permanent exhibition building of 40 square meters has been established at the company premises.
The models of manufactured products as well as designed and
ready-to-manufacture are displayed in this exhibition.
Training Center
The training center, located in a 300 square meter space over two floors, has been established at the shipbuilding company to provide theoretical and practical training to trainees. This center has the capacity to train 50 trainees per educational session. In this center, trainings on propulsion and navigation systems, mechanical systems and , electrical and communication systems, navigation, and safety systems are provided by experienced and specialized instructors. Since the establishment of this training center, more than 495 individuals have received theoretical and practical training.
